Production monitoring

Automated production monitoring provides customers a real time of their productions, in factories across various locations. Our production monitoring solutions are targets towards small scale industries where production monitoring is based on human data collection and analysis. We can automate and take data from any production machine using sensors or PLC interface and upload the data to IoT cloud where pre built logic helps customers track and analyse their production rate and quality.

Lets take one example, sensors connected to a stamping machine senses vibrations during each stamping process and records it as one process done. This data is then uploaded to central dashboard and stored. This way customer can take the readings of the daily stamping done. Similarly by collecting various types of inputs across the factory and analysing the same by the logics built in the cloud platform, customers can analyse, plan & predict their factory productions.

Our solutions are based on internet IoT cloud platforms, but if customer demands, we can customised their solutions on their local intranet, with the IoT cloud server sitting inside their factory premise.

Predictive maintenance solutions

Machines are important for every industry and any breakdown results in production losses. By using IIoT solutions, companies can monitor machines health in real time and predict the exact maintenance required for the machine. Hence the maintenance team can fix the problem before breakdown, savings valuable hours in the production and avoiding any downtime.

Every machine works differently and have different characteristics. We study these characteristics using sensors and PLC integrations and provide you the solution. These specific parameters are monitored real time and any abnormal changes in patterns is a indication of a problem. Our solutions can notify the shop floor team or maintenance team well in advance so they can take corrective actions and prevent loss of productions as well as increase the life of the machine.

The data received from the machine monitoring sensors or PLC interface is uploaded to IoT cloud platform. IoT platforms are designed with in-build logics for predicting any failures. These logics can be customised as per customer requirements. Since data is stored and analysed in IoT cloud, users can see and analyse the data from anywhere ins the world. The maintenance team can have a check on their machines from remote locations , for machines located at various geographical locations. They can also plan their visits for preventive maintenance well in advance.

Our solutions are focused on industrial setups with older set of machines. Since new factories are installed with state of the art machines with cloud integration inbuilt, older factories having machines of earlier generations lack these advance techniques. But instead of changing the machine and making huge investments, customers can retrofit their machines with IIoT cloud solutions and take them near to their net generation machines, without making huge investments.
